wow....

got a new diving friend! I'm an Advance Diver (got it in 2003), we've total 5 ppl for diving everytime in HK ($4xx/day/2 dives/incl lunch-from 7am - 5.30pm). But outside.. only visited Sipadan & Bali (see the big 'mola mola'). Both 2 were very very nice trips. Our original plan was going to either PG (Philipines) or Bali (but the other sites) in Jul, but my hubby just changed to a new job, so have to wait till Oct/Nov. May go to Bohol because cheaper ($3xxx) for 6 days.

Tomorrow we'll join Diving Adventure. Next time when we are planning to go either in HK or outside, will let you know see you can join us or not.

yes, $4xx for 1 day boat trip (incl 2 bottles of Oxygen). If going outside, usually we can gather 10-12 ppl everytime! In HK, I seldom to dive ga cos the water's quality not really good, the vision is very low, but better to keep practice your dive skill in HK.

Also hubby & I already got another licence la.-Nitrox. Plan to study the other one again - re-breather.

BTW, if u really like ocean, at least one time in ur life, must dive in The Great Barrier Reef. u will never feel regret. seldom HK ppl go there, that's nice. Last Year, i was told i am the only one licenced diver from HK as the instructor had been staying there for 5 yrs. The instructor was HK girl!

last night is my 1st to play Meditation & Yoga Nidra ......around after 15 min, 隻左腳已失去知覺

到做nidra yoga先冇事

try to find a day for beach la... in fact I don't like the sunny day, don't like too shine, want to keep the skin white & no spots ga... so chose diving cos the body all cover by wetsuit...
