Re: meditation 101
rabbit,
[size=large]Dr feelgood
i don't agree with not using sunblock. for my sensitive skin, i had told my dr that i hate sun block cos it seems make my skin sensitive & blocked pores. but my doc told me that u need to put a layer of moisturizer b4 u using sun block & must use cleasing oil to remove the sun block totally. he said lots ppl said using sun block is not good for skin just bcoz they don't remove it deeply. he said UV is damaging ur skin everywhere, even the light inside room can hurt ur skin. Don't look down upon UV, compare with the butt skin & facial skin of a 80 old woman, u will know how horrible of UV.
i hate using sunblock too coz it may worse my skin condition. but without sunblock, ur skin will easily turn old, winkles come out, spots come out, lack of elasticity & hydration. and nothing can recover the damages. all skin dr know the power of UV. do u believe skin dr?
how to make decision,should think it twice.
rabbit, did u buy "Dr. feelgood" from BENEFIT? put it on ur face underneath sunblock. treat it as a base to protect ur skin. it's ideal. u may try.
