If you rent or buy a house, you have to consider whether the house have ducted heating and evaporating cooling, my house had both and the electricity fee is not expensive even though I switch on the cooling everyday.

Have you go to see any open homes today and got any idea?? You still have lots of time to choose a best house.

I just come back from Dandenong market and had buy several fruits and vege...

係呀,有d屋係有ducted heating & cooling既,我地隔山租樓且時間緊迫,所以都無要求咁多,下次再租就會學"精"d啦.

今日同amy一樣去左dandenong market,偶遇唔到amy.幫襯左間fish & chip,有對唐人夫婦開既,佢地見到我地鬼咁開心,話係度成10年都無咩見過hk人.仲介紹我地去springvale market買野.

跟住回程經過glen wavery, 見到The Glen Centro仲大過boxhill好多好多,你第日買野一定好方便啦

你下次有機會再去glen wavery,請幫我睇睇Glen Waverley Secondary School d 學生系唔系好壞?有朋友話間school太近Shopping Centre 和 Station,所以有好多學生會坐火車逃學和系 Centre 拍拖喎! :cry: 好擔心個女入錯中學.

The Glen Centro is more bigger than the Box Hill Centro?? Oh I should ask my husband to take us to there someday.

Dennis need to work from 9-3 today. Yes on Sunday, coz his big boss said he can't use his mobile phone in his house, so Dennis and his team need to OT from Sat night to Sunday... :-( :-(

So I took Hayden and Cynthia went to the Box Hill Centro this morning. It was raining just after we arrived home...so lucky...otherwise 3 of us will become "wet ducks" :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

我老公係格價專家，佢話springvale market都唔平得過boxhill喎,不過好多越南野同唐人野賣,我d仔女只係停留係那間租碟店係咁睇.你有無唸住買定多d影碟過來煲呀??

至於The Glen Centro真係好鬼大,我地只係車經過,佢同target,the best & less, dicksmith....幾間大型連鎖店一齊,我估一日都行唔哂,下次去行下話你知.
glen waverley sec係成績幾好既政府中學,如果學生太壞都唔會keep到個成績啦,每間學校樹大都有枯枝,唔好咁擔心,到時你唔比個女去街街囉,我都明有女係幾煩, 我那件囡係英文班都識到d男仔,依家返來仲成日msn,我都唔係幾鍾意.

但你反對得太出面又唔係幾好.唉....呢一代教仔女真煩. :lol: :lol:

老公要通頂咁慘,好在你同centro都好近,落雨都可以係商場逛多陣,等雨停先返屋企,可惜centro入面好似無咩岩細路玩,除左幾架入錢既公仔車.下次去the glen行,hayden一定唔願走. 不過你記得穿波鞋,唔係咁大,行到腳跛

If you like "big" shopping centre, then you must go to "Highpoint shopping centre", it is the biggest S.C. in Melbourne, it situated in Maribyrnong, you can go and walk walk....

The house I renting now is a double-storney, ~1600 sq. feet house, the backyard ~500 sq. feet, $420/wk for rent, I come over here to rent the house then I go back to HK and pick up my daughter and mum-in-law.

Actually, it's not easy to rent a house here as they usually need to check "credit" or "past history" when you rent a house, as you know, I am a new migrant, how can I have "credit" or "past history" in here, so they need me to pay more bond, usually they need the amount of 4 weeks rental for bond, however, as I have no "credit" here, so they need me 12 weeks rental for bond.
Unfornately, when the time I come here to rent the house, it's not much house to choose and I only have 2 weeks time, so the house I rent now is not satisfy, that's why I want to buy a house as soon as possible.

The electricity fee using Evaporating cooling is cheaper because it's no need to produce cool air, it's only need to evaporate the hot air and vacuum the cool air from outside.
I hope you know what I am talking la.....

Thank you,唔知老公肯唔肯車我去walk walk,佢最怕我行街,驚我又洗錢,唔同你2公婆都有收入.其實我只係大鄉里出城,你知hk既shopping mall唔大得去邊,所以上次見到The Glen Centro已經覺得好鬼大.係hk好鍾意eye shopping,咁多靚野,唔買得都睇下ma..

你好叻叻呀,成個女強人咁feel,自己過來租樓.依.....我地租樓時又無要求credit or past history播,只係個form鬼死咁多野填,要填埋2個referencee 姐.咁就填左個親戚同埋accountant就ok啦.我地都係比normal bond,可能間間業主要求不同.

呢度既唐人區都算多野賣既,可惜我想整豆腐花,搵左幾日都搵唔到邊度有石膏粉,boxhill同springvale都搵過,你地知唔知邊度有得賣呀?? ?-(

I have no friend or relative in Australia like you, so I have to do all the things by ourselves including the application for migration and the nurse's registration, that's why my husband and me need to come over here earlier to do the "preparation", if not, my family will sleep in the street when we first arrived. :cry:

I want to clarify: my husband's road test is 9:05am tomorrow, not 11:30am, so maybe we can't met in VicRoad la.....
