To all Mel Bk Mum,

Long time no 浦頭, how are you all?? Last few days Melbourne were quite windy, take care....

We are no busy in Chinese new year, but for the house problem.

As the landlord was cancelled the overseas contract by her overseas employer, she wanted to come back Melbourne and live her home. She asked for early leave. I'm waiting for her final decision. She said she may get back to me before this month..... So poor, need to move again.

So, if we need to move, Mar's gathering I think we cannot join la.....

Hi Joanna,

The early leave notice is 60 days in Victoria for landlord to get back the leased property.

Not 30 days. So, in case you need to return the house, should negotiate with landlord with this in mind.

學校叫做搵左,等去到再interview下,應該就無咩問題. 運輸有4 至5 間己報價, 大至上20' 櫃都要 4.5k to 5k左右. 但有間(叫美達)特別平20' 櫃只需4k以下, 報價好簡單所以信心不大. 仲有2間這星期先報價, 應該價錢都要4.5k以上.
我唔多明 pack 鞋唔係用鞋盒先放落去個大箱內咩?全部鞋盒都唔要呀?是否慳d位呢?
另外我有張舊 sofa 帶去, 但最近大減價睇中左3座位 Italy sofa, 心大心細唔知買唔買好?

Actually the Landlord will give me 2-3 months to move out the property, so the 1 month free rent is an extra.

However, I was asking for an additional cost, which is the cost of relocation, likes moving home labour cost.

And as my family will come here next month, I don't wanna letting them trouble. I plan to move asap if finally I need to. 2 weeks is quite hurry but I will try my best.

You need/want to move within 2 weeks? Its too little time.....Maybe you can try Point Cook....I can see there have some houses are for lease.
