I also add vegetable to the congee and use the method as your mother. But everytime I cook the congee is 一粒粒, then I had to put in the blender to make it smooth. so 麻fan !!!

惜惜每日食兩餐粥, 健康院姑娘叫d粥要有菜有肉, 所以我用豬/牛/魚/肉/蛋/菜/瓜煲粥, 但我亞媽又認為魚肉最易吸收, 成日都落魚, 又話菜煲太耐無營養, 太多纖維反而阻左吸收,建議每日只吃生果就得羅。
另外, 你點煲魚粥? 我先蒸魚再拆肉放落粥, 但我亞媽又堅持拆肉後要再放落粥度再煲過。
