i hurt on sunday when i brought back a big pack of clothes from the laundry, when i bend down to pick up the clothes.......you know what happen la :-(
already consulted doctor yesterday la. she warned me never do it again. she said no matter what the age is, a female must not bend down to carry heavy things wow, the low back will be hurted seriously.
