my lower back was recovered after bone treatment last saturday, need some time to strenght it and advised to practised yoga pose "supta vrajrasana" every morning and evening to maintain the spine is straight
breathing lesson is my first choice among all kinds of lesson, breathing is good then everything is good, including strength and flexibility[/quote]

especially i like to attend ashtanga, i can feel how amazing breathing is. u know in ashtanga, every pace needs every breathe.
that makes me feel how helpful is oxygen & breathing
