I've tried to make chocolate cookies & assorted cookies 1-2 years ago... quite okay... and I also gave some to my best friends....... I think making cookies is much easier to handle when comparing with making cheese balls!!!

at the very begining, I used mini toast oven... but I couldn't put a lot inside... so I changed to a bigger one!!! Just as tungma said, you can make many different types if you buy an oven... so, buy la, buy la!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
I didn't try many times... but found the following are easy to do...
1) pizza (easiest one)
2) cookies
3) cheese cake
1) pizza ~
simply buy a 彼得飽 (pita?? forgot the spelling) or even use sliced bread as the base... then apply some tomato sauce on top, and then add whatever you like... e.g. 蟹柳/sausage/西蘭花(先飛水), cheese, pineapple, etc... after that, bake 10-15 min... DONE!!! very easy to handle and good for kids to make along!!!
2) cookies ~
same as muffin... can have many styles... just change the 配料... I can't find my cooking book now... maybe tell you later!!!
3) cheese cake ~
the one I used to make is... 凍食... just need to put into fridge, no need baking it............ but I don't dare to make anymore lu... cos we have to add an egg during making but no need to bake it... so, a bit afriad!!!

我整嗰d cheese ball大致ok... 但我認為可以再in un d... d milk 我first time + 100ml... 水得滯but in un; 2nd time + 90ml... ng水la, 但稍欠in un... ng g除adjust mike volume, 仲有冇第d地方可以improve呢
