don't worry... usually in a beginner class, you'll see some regulars & a lot of beginners ga... so.. for regulars.. they'll know to do some variation in same posture.
& .... you want to do yoga first? or dance? my schedule... I'll be free next wed onwards... so how about you? you prefer morning/noon/evening?

hm... I'll suggest yoga first... cos compare with dance.. yoga maybe a bit boring.. so if you like yoga then must be no problem with the dance. 1 hour dance.. is very fast to pass!
& yoga.. can help you to solve say.. your back, lower back, neck' problems....etc.

don't worry... actually everyone who don't do any exercise for long time also like that... hard-bone.. also feel sore the next day!! but once you keep a regular attendance.. then your flexibility will be improved. Now I can do the splite (一字馬), 拱橋... One day you can do it too.

same! even I started to dance (chinese dance) when I was 6 yrs old.. I also can't do the splite until I joined yoga.. so I trust you can do it one day...
