過到黎都要3星期先可以攞錢，個時索性擺定期1年，但1個月可以攞得錢，咁又可以有息，都唔錯嘅選擇

1200尺左右全新Townhouse 50萬啦, 都走唔開, 因為呢三個月升得幾多下
如 2房+DEN 個D, 平少少, 都要45萬左右

Pork Coquitlam 算平了, 如Coquitlam更貴

新有新好, 包唔洗裝修整野, 但就無舊TOWNHOUSE咁大

其他區就唔同價, 想平一點, SURREY, 40萬左右都有

妳們好！我想請問一下我在加拿大境內入表申請剛獲批(共等了漫長的20個月）、因我已經在加拿大境內,所以無須要landing,但有好多私人物品要在香港運來, 請問有無相同經驗朋友可以分享吓要怎樣處理，可以去那裡申請呢？

其實上GOOGLE MAP 認下D地方, 想想你想要邊類野的有D人喜歡HOUSE, 有些人喜歡APARTMENT, 有些人要近DOWNTOWN, 有些人喜歡大自然
想找那些工作?? 要揸車還是搭車?? 想要咩價錢水位等等. 我都睇左半年去了解

以我理解楓葉咭=PR Card, 我等左4.5個月有
SIN Card無左，得張紙有個SIN No., land個日係機場俾埋

我個agent 話連pr card 都取消埋，一張sin card 包哂

我google 都搵唔到呢方面嘅資料，所以我上黎問下最近land嘅jm

我的情況：sin card只是一組no. PR card 等左5個月先出到。仲有。如果你land左要返香港，之後再次返加拿大一定要用PR card 入境。除非你買來回票。因為如果你買單程而，airline 會問架有冇加拿大護PR card

Hi, could anyone tell me how much I need to pay for the sponsorship fees in total? I m the one to sponsor my husband with 1 child who already been a Canadian citizen and the little one is still under processing. Also, for the photo requirements, it said “5 photos for each member of your family includingyourself”, does it mean the sponsor and the kids have to take the photos as well? Thanks!

just your husband needs photos and the fees.

The kids who already been citizen not required.

fees: CAD$1,140 (approx. not 100% sure)

~ Cert. of birth, marriage
~ Absolute nisi decree (Hong Kong residents) Can anyone tell me what it is?
~ a photocopy of the bio-data page of passport

This something about Divoice Document. If anyone of you were divoiced, you should provide related document.

If not, there should be not applicable.

Don't worry, not too difficult, I had spent 3 Sunday nights to complete and just 1 set of document had rejected for re-filling.
