I totolly understand your concern. Just like myself, I have to attend evening meeting once a week. My husband has difficulties in taking care of Zach. He told me that Zach will be very naughty and also look at the door to see when mom's will be back. Thus, I request my father to come to my home to take care Zach together with my husband.
U may consider to ask his mother for assistance when you are out trip.....or u can hire a part-time helper.
