我好差勁! 上星期去完產檢, 就病了, 而且真係好利害, 中西醫都要睇.
終於遇到個婦科中醫, 昨天食了一次, 起碼可以訓到.

現在已經差不多7個月, 我重了只有10磅多. 多謝你的問候

most important is not how much heavier the mom is; rather, should check with ultrasound and estimate how much the bb grow, is it normal and on schedule?
i was only 13 pounds altogether last time ( the whole pregnancy period ) and the doctor is worried that the bb will be too light. finally he was 7.5 lb on birth !
and i return to 'normal' weight within 2 weeks !

keep it up !! add oil !!
