yes I know it...but I even can't stand Forrest yoga...so I won't try hot in summer....

Maybe later in I do hot yoga in winter

我留意到狗好似bb咁, 都係 inhale 時肚凸, exhale 時 肚入, 最原始的方法, 人大左就倒轉左, 要努力習慣返bb時既方法先得

Jandt818, it's equal to the relax posture in bikram.

the visible is really really really really bad.
am dive-even only 1.5 feet, can't see my buddy la.
pm dive-better than am, changed dive site but still not good, can see around 2.5 feet, because of the bad visible, I got hurt from the 'hoi chi' (black colour with sharp points) even I wore the gloves!

Better to dive outside HK, now plan to go to Bohol, Philipiness in Oct.

i guess it is a dead man post with eye closed, isn't it ?

i did it for 5 to 10 minutes during the end of hot 1 class in pure, something like [url=http://www.swamij.com/yoga-nidra-method1.htm[size=large]this[/url], it will be very relax if we do it for an hour..... :-P

i ordered the book of "Anatomy of hatha yoga" on Saturday, will receive it in around 20 Aug, now i am interested in Yoga Nidra Meditation CD......

我個仔8.45pm 就入房訓架啦. 所以我都可以上到9.30pm 之後既堂囉. heib 咁夜訓, 咁佢朝早幾點起身呀?

jandt,

唔會有泳衣印, 但手臂都有個衫袖印... (因為我手臂粗, 著唔到背心) :-( 咁我地呢d 唔識泳水既, 做yoga 真係最perfect 啦.

我粒暗瘡謝左啦, 又好似係謝得快過以前喎.

yah, the big prob in hk coast is there are too many "hoi chi'. really chi sin!
well, weather is unexpected. but in concluding, diving advernture is worth joining? would u recommend me to join?
do u have familiar sales there?

so, did u do lotus post underneath sea?

havn't been Bohol. what's that in chinese?
but i have been Ceibu in Phil. coz of Ceibu, i decided to learn diving!! this place is very nice b4 5 yrs!

The instructor said usually start from age 5 would be better, coz they can go into the room w/o parents. But he said can let heib to try one class first, see she can understand the instructions or not.
