How long will you stay in HK?? If you want to apply HK citizen status for Cherry, it needs ~3 months.

My daughter was born in New Zealand and she hold a NZ passport when we take her back to HK, then I apply HK citizenship for her, after the immigration dept. receive all the documents and application form, they will arrange an appointment for you and the date is ~3 months afterwards, they need you to bring the true copy for them to see and do some simple procedure, then they will put a sticker into the passport stated that the holder is a HK citizen. When Cherry is 11 years old, she can apply for HK ID card(child).

Either the father or mother is a HK citizen, their baby/child can apply for HK citizenship.

我都係用optus既my time plan,但我地唔係買電話,因為已有電話從hk帶來,那5個人頭5min係指總共5min,不是每個call頭5min吧??我地買$30 prepaid但可能呢排電器壞,用多左電話問野,我地2個30元都好快用完,想搵再抵d既plan姐.

係hk煲天光都唔洗錢,呢度用固網都要收費,真係唔慣. :cry:

如果用my time plan, 你call to你contact入面既5個人is free, means 你call to 你honey既first 5 mins is free, 你call to 你大囡囡既first 5 mins is free, 唔係total 5 mins free, 佢地係獨立計算, 每次你打出都有first 5 mins free

市面上仲有好多其他plan, 不過好難搵到抵用既plan

係呀, 在OZ打電話好貴架, mobile/固網都貴

I just now change a new plan in Optus, you can think think is it good for you:

The plan combine the home phone and mobile(my husband one) in 1 plan, $69/month, the mobile will have $120/month value, the home phone will have 120 local call (call to landline in Vic), others call (call to mobile, national call and international call) need to be charge, as I usually use phone card to phone to HK, therefore, the local call is enough for me. Also, the mobile I usually phone to is my husband and mun-in-law, then I can use "My time" in my mobile.
They also had an upgrade plan: $99/month, the home phone will have 150 local call and $120 value for call to mobile/national/international, the mobile will have $120 value.
