對唔住呀！又係我黎請教呀！希望你地得閒答我啦！我想問下呢你地高温 yoga 時會唔會搽防晒架？如果唔係又搽咩野好呢？因為我聽佢地有 d 話高温的太陽燈會傷皮膚，所以要搽防晒，但係有 d 又話防晒會塞毛孔，排唔到毒…
你地經驗豐富，所以請教下，唔好意思呀！ sorry sorry…

我由呢個月開始d 堂係集中一日上幾堂咁喎, 其他日子就一堂都上唔到... 今日我返左香港, 上左三堂囉... 咁計埋大約呢個月上左12 堂左右啦.

我今日上第一堂時好開心, 到上第三堂時... 諗起上完呢堂就要返黎澳門.. 就好down 啦... :-(

don't put the sun block on your skin ar... cos you'll get sweat totally during the class, if use the sun block, then the skin can't breath, & very slippery.

Also they use the heater not 太陽燈.
