1st time - use 90cc milk/30g cheese powder/no salt
when I mixed it to be a ball, felt sticky, & not really 'in un' & 'heung'
so 2nd time - use 100cc milk/45g cheese/1/2 tea spoon salt
I put it into the fridge for a while first, easy to mix a ball w/o sticky, after baked, very nice bor, in in un un & heung (because the salt).

re : 可能要去上下 d cake making course 先得
I don't take any course, so don't need.. if you have any questions ask us la.. usually get better for the 2nd time on every recipes.
Tried a few, cheese balls is the easy one (no need to 'sai' the powder, and not too much things need to buy).
Heib.. yes, she did, she helped me to mix the powder (for cheese balls), when I mixed it to be a ball, she said she wanted to help, then I told her it's really sticky wor, then she gave up (she scares the sticky feeling).
