Yes...property is low liquidity, and the prices have gone up so much this year. You should consider carefully.
We decided to sell the flat and rent the apt because while the kids are small, there are many reasons not to maintain a house: (1) they will ruin decorations, (2) unknown factor of schooling...
You should also buy in an area where there is liquidity. In my opinion, i would not buy apt in those new "ho jaks"...

It seems that the first one is better wor. At least Ding Ding is currently studied there and he has already got familiarize with the school. No need to adapt to a new one. Do your find the 課程深 by now, i mean in N1?
老師有愛心 is very important too.
小學派位好 -- very good le.
Does both of location of the schools be close to your home?

I want the flexibility to move depending on where she will go to primary school.
We would rather invest the downpayment money in the stock market, and then pay more downpayment when the property market comes back down.

Yes, i have been moving for 4 times since 2002. I do not intend to buy house as well except one with very very high potential of rising price. Otherwise, I would rather keep cash and invest.
