薑茶係唔使分你個身子係熱底定寒底, 又唔怕你涼唔飲得. 乜野人都飲得架, 我生完之後補身只係3樣野, 就係薑飯, 薑茶同紅棗水, 而家身體仲好過未有BB果陣時.

咁你生完有無補身? 如果無就好似我上面咁講食薑飯(可加雞,好正), 薑茶同紅棗水, 呢D算係最便宜既補身方法, 我都無食薑醋同雞酒(2樣我都唔識整) 哈哈!!

i tried the ginger tea last night, it was very spicy hot, but help. it sooth my headache. yes, i will buy a hat, cos every time after picking him from nursey, i have headache, i think it must because of the wind.it takes 20 minutes to walk each way.thank you for your advise.
since Irene turns 1 year old, she sleeps mush less during the day,i have less "me" time now.

I'm using "Kingston Communications"几好, no limit for downloading. 登記左GP la! But成個月still not get the NHS number, so I can't 登記牙醫. I did the first and the last scan in the hospital. After then I can only visit midwives. I will start to have my antenatal care next week.

Be honest, I prefer giving birth in HK, but my husband doesn't want me to.

How are you? Why do you not want to gave birth in UK ar? UK is good la, do not need to pay and you have your own room, or with other mums. you may get help from Social Worker? After you gave birth until you baby first birthday, if you have tooth problem, you could see Dentist and is free ga.

我點解不想係uk生因為 :
this is my first pregnancy, I’m worried of lots of things. First, my English is poor to communicate with the midwives. I don’t understand all of the medical terms. Second, there is no doctor consultation during my antenatal care, labour as well.
Last time, I said to the midwife that I was worried about the development of my baby is 10 days behind the normal. She replied to me that just because I’m Asian!!? This is absolutely wrong!

Also my daughter will lose her identification. She will not have British or Hong Kong’s citizenship.

Does you husband speak good English? You might asked the midwives that if you gave birth baby in UK, does you baby has UK birth Certifate and Passport, because you husband has UK work's permit ga ma. Or could find some one to go with you for pregnant check and gave birth. When I gave birth my twins, my husband was there but he has very, very poor English than me, and I got help from my husband's cousin, who translated what the Doctor or Nurse said to me.

其實我相信妳個BB第時返到香港係會攞到身份証架，所以妳唔使太擔心！　我ｄ朋友在英國土生土長都可以攞到ＨＫＩＤ，不過妳要返港後快Ｄ幫佢申請就真！

我 03 年尾帶我孖女返香港時，都想幫佢地辦香港居留，交咗表格都辦唔到，人民入境處嗰個小姐話如果父母有外國長期居留和小朋友昰在97年後出世的，小朋友就攞唔到香港居留o架。如果香港有公公，婆婆或爺爺，嫲嫲，可以申請依親 VISA 和要喺香港住滿七年，攞香港居留。
