返咗工都冇乜時間上嚟八吓添！大家好嗎？

雖然都成個月喇，但係都好開心Aiden仔好番哂，又大個仔咗，免疫力又強咗！

又要恭喜Nathan仔"Happy Birthday"！同Marcus仔都大個仔喇！祝佢地健康快樂！Bselsel就越來越靚！

我最近都發覺自己有啲不修篇幅，用哂啲時間幫啲仔get ready，自己就求求其其，都係時候去book個facial，同去做吓運動修吓身！哈哈！

我地都係時候出嚟見吓，有冇好提議？

I also agree with you, we spent most of our time on our little handsome, and I feel I am also"有啲不修篇幅"too. Any good suggestion for facial?

haha, sounds like we are all thinking the same matter now ei!! these days i am thinking of going to do laser hair removal, save time just to go for 3/4 times and get everythig done and which i can enjoy more time with the little one. but facial is really need such a long time to do and that is one reason to draw me down and not going second reason is most of the time after finish facial and those people keep bugging me to buy these and that. I used to go to paradise spa, but due to the second reason and i stop going, many of my friends go to in beauty spa, but quite expensive. I am thinking to go to Ceasar spa (hwy7/ leslie) or My chrysallis (woodbine/ apple creek). I never tried these but the shop looks good.

我自己嚟講，我已經好討厭啲大店係咁sale野！我以前去過Venezia，優雅，妮思，Ins，Paradise...開頭都好好地，但係慢慢啲女仔就開始好煩，sale唔到仲黑口黑面！我最唔開心就係我去做facial，可以中途換幾個人，臨尾落模嗰個可能係個cashier妹妹仔，唔係美容師！心淡喇！

依家幫我做facial嗰個係私人喺屋企做，細細地，但係我幾鍾意哩個setup，book咗就唔駛等，一早set哂啲野，只有我一個客，so far佢冇sell過任何野比我。佢仲係註冊按摩師，可以做埋massage。如果你地有興趣，我可以email啲資料比你地。

i hate those people sales products and also agree during the whole facial and they can change almost 5 to 6 people at a time ... also a simple facial session should last around 1 hour and they can end up last 2 to 3 hours .. to me, this is wasting my time.
I like small home style facial too, which i used to go one like that. but this time I want to do laser hair removal wor .. ahbocat, can you ask ask your facial lady for me if she do that too? and how much ar?

Beselsel，call咗佢喇，留咗message幫你問緊。不過以我所知佢應該冇，lazer哩啲野我都suggest你搵正式治療師好啲。我以前喺Paradise都試過唔知乜光脫毛，做咗N咁多次treatments都係80％ okay...徙錢！

Hi all,

Great to hear from you guys again!!!
Summer holiday is just over... a couple of friends visited us for the last two months, now everything back to "normal". :)

Son has been extremely "naughty" lately, he is entering the stage of "trouble two"....
I am feeling lack of energy to deal with him.

I also start keeping fit lately (after 1.5 yrs).... haha... my target is to wear my jeans again..... :)
Dream on!!.... haha..

summer is over lar, did you all have a good time this year, I was keep thinking to take nathan out, but end up either we were sick or too lazy and tired to take him out:( such a lazy parents

last week I was in Sears and got a free photo session plus a free 10x13 photos for ourselves, I am not sure what to wear to create a good picture layout, do you have any suggestion ar?
Also, I am thinking to take my little boy next year to Hong kong visit my grandma, by the time he will be 2, any of you have good idea where i should stay, there will be 5 of us including the little boy. cheap and clean is the best

its ok beselsel mama. u can still bring nathan and chill out in the fall even winter. and sometimes it's nice to stay home cos this summer's been so warm.

the best thing i did with oj was probably swimming lessons and splash pad. wat else could be more fun than getting wet ? lol

for the photo session, i did the same thing in the bays. it really depends on ur liking, cos they have different backdrops for you to choose from. personally i prefer simple background, so i chose the plain black-ish. and we wore the white top and jeans. it turned out not bad. i once saw someone wearing sharp color on a white background. it's pretty cool. enjoy!!

wow, thank you ladies. haven't been here for L-O-N-G, how r u all doing?
my son is 6 day old now. i have problems in breastfeeding, he refuses to latch on and always tries to push himself away. honestly i'm very frustrated. any advice?

恭喜恭喜哂！！BB好得意啊！！

有冇護士上門睇你？你可以問佢breastfeed嘅info，佢會教你，同埋話你知有啲乜breastfeed班／consultant可以幫你。

第六日，你可能都未上奶，BB可能啜唔到／latch得唔啱，所以冇興趣！唔好咁快giveup，頭幾日佢地唔會話好肚餓，又會收水，所以一定會輕咗，唔好太擔心。

盡量squeeze啲colostrum出嚟比BB啜，慢慢佢會"發揮潛能"啜到你怕！！哈哈哈！！好好享受母乳餵哺，真係好sweet架！

雖然我都唔算係成功例子，哥哥餵咗三個月，細佬就半年，但係believe it or not細佬免疫力真係好似好啲！

if you have milk supply problem, try to drink fish soup ar, but it takes a lot of time prepare, do you have mom can cook for you? my mother inlaw cook the fish soup with papaya too. it really helps! good luck ar! do not give up,

also a milk pump might help too. try to get a better and effective pump will do a better job, even thought is costly. I can also suggest you to buy the pump with your shoppers drug mart points and can make it cheaper. and which i did. anyway, enjoy your time with the baby lar!
