actually i tried last yr. & did not join, but the sales with my contact no. They keep on calling me, asked me try again. last week, made an appointment to try again with colleague, but my lo-yeh @ hospital, hv to go there with my hubby, so did not go.
my colleague did go there last Fri. So many plans now.

final stage. . . .no more further treatment (western dr.), so dr. allow him to back home. . . .. . .now waiting to 電 his brain on 1/9 (for 1 week), as found bad cells @ brain last week.
he will misbehave @ night. lost some memory, react slowly, need hubby & his brother to take shower with him, need somebody feed him, losing hair. . . . . so poor!!
last time, vv @ bb bed, want to put on kids' clothes, tried vv @ rice bucket, want to went out. . . . 99 now locked all the windows and doors.
his health getting worse and worse, all knows.
1/8, he still can go to MK and buy things for dinner. . . . just 2-3 weeks. . . ai . . .
i keep on be listener of my hubby & 99. and explain to my gal!!

feel sad about it! sometimes will think when I'm going to die... I would prefer like my loyeh suddenly passed away or last few months? guess maybe the 1st! no pain no regrets...
Everyone needs to face the Death one time, but how can we face it happily & normally? not easy but have to try!

yes, that's not easy to maintain, but when I signed the contract, I thought even not for yoga.. I also need to do exercise regularly at my age. So I decided 6 yrs plan, cos cheaper.
But after doing yoga 4mths, I feel great with yoga, give me peaceful sometimes, give me firm skin & body, and also give me energy!

haha.. pls say thank you to your colleague! the pictures for me & together with my sisters, boy friend was taken by heib.. she took the pictures for us.. my sister was joking that heib took the nice pictures for her, cos feel a bit slim in the picture wor!

i also showed yr op pic to 1 of my colleague (the 1 thinking of joining yoga with me) . . . . i said. . lei, this lady is what I said pretty and doing yoga well, lost weight, prettier. . . .lor!! :mrgreen: & she agreed!!
