And by the way even though Elaine was kind enough to send me the link for the photo sizing, I still have not gotten the time yet.....in fact I am a full time working mom and thus work is always hectic. These days (for the last month or so already) I am SOOO busy with bonus and salary stuff (as I work as HR) that I sleep after 2 am every night!!! I'll find the time, I'll find the time for the photo, my next mission!
I live in SHatin (so you would see me in the SHatin Mom page too), and we go to MOS on Friday night for swimming class for no.1+2. No.3 is still too young though she also goes with us to run in the playground while waiting.
We are planning a small trip with at Easter....see if we can organize it and how is it then we can share the pros and cons!
HR is really just an evolved word from "personnel". I did start my career with personnel so more administration work. Now I work for a company which has operational and regional HR so I do not need to run too much adm/operation, but more around policy and implementation/governance.
Of course I cannot give answers as I'm not a qualified financial advicer....however if you ask me as a friend, I have my own MPF in one account too. This will be my strategy because otherwise it becomes difficult to manage, pay more fees and you may even forget about one account comes 10 years later! Then on what investment strategy, it all depends on your expectations and life cycle, family situation, etc. Typically if you still have many years before retiring, they will advise a higher risk profile. I only have little money in my MPF (as I have ORSO) so I also don't remember what I put!!!
Yeah if there is gathering on sat MOS I'd like to join too! Though Sat afternoon is always very busy I think I can take my no.3 girl with me and have a little time off!
