本來我都上今日４：３０　ｈｏｔ，但臨時有野做都係去唔到 聽日去上forest+hatha...

我想ｋｅｅｐ住每星期做４堂．．．．希望得啦！

sorry to bother you all again..
when i got my yoga class from the indian tutor, i can't express my condition very well as my english is not so good. could u please help me to translate it to english, pls..
1. 我兩手腕和右膝的關節因患有類風濕關節炎，所以硬化了，這個動作我做不到。
2. 我不能雙手按地。
3. 我不能雙膝跪地。

Yesterday I attended Kamal’s Kryoga Therapy, quite impressive cos he said to be happier everyday, when wake up in the morning, be happy cos we still alive, be happy cos can breath, be happy cos can talk, be happy cos can see, be happy cos can kiss…. Be positive for every moment! Do you feel back pain when doing the backward bend? then do it!!!

I really like him!!! not like a businessman, he taught me a lot!
