U mean yr relative sending the 旅行支票 on last wed?
Assuming by post? or DHL or sth??

if that the case, it will take longer?
if its that urgent, yr relatively should send via T/T rather than 旅行支票..

as when u receive the 旅行支票, u still have to bank it in to yr HK A/C which will take another few days (2-3 days) for the money to be in yr A/C (depend on how fast yr bank process it)

they never check the source of the money wor for the past when I send $$ back home.
the bank here only check yr ID to make sure u are the person and allow you to transfer the money out of yr A/C

我老公個家姐應該係用張旅行支票向銀行匯d筆錢比我, 因佢之前係向d間銀行買d張旅行支票. 咁佢將d張旅行支票同銀行講話d筆錢要匯到hk, & 比左香港既銀行名, 香港銀行地址, 戶口名 & 戶口no. 香港既恆生銀行話如我冇外幣戶口, 當佢家姐匯英磅到香港既時候, 會即時對當時既對換率, 轉番hk$入落我媽咪個a/c. 張旅行支票唔係郵寄比我地, 只係托銀行幫佢搞手續 & 比手續費銀行. 我諗同電匯一樣, 只係佢家姐唔係即時用cash匯比我地,係用番之前買個張旅行支票.
我好驚今日都收唔到 :-(

Why not T/T, if you need the money urgently. Before i was in UK. My parent also T/T to my bank a/c. I got the money in next few day, very fast.

因我老公個家姐好少匯錢過黎香港, 今次係第一次, 平時有關錢既問題, 佢都會番黎香港先搞, 但今次佢有事番唔到黎, 而我地又咁o岩派到屋比我地, so都好urgent. 宜家咁既情況會唔會成個星期都收唔到o家? 宜家好煩~~ :cry:

妳媽有咁多friend晌hk都不怕boring啦. 咁妳媽咪去過仰平360未呀? 妳打算帶佢去見識吓嗎?

我個friend highly recommend baby sling(似印傭用果d)比我, 佢話無論餵奶或揹bb出街都十分方便, 佢就話會送條比我添, 希望到時我識用啦!
