ya.. I'll be there tomorrow for 12nn yoga (if possible) & 1.30pm dance (must join)..see any chance to do together. You must try Jagan's Rhythm of dance (will go with timma this sat noon), I tried yesterday... nice song...

Last time bbchiu tried her 1st trial class - Ashtanga, incl it (Sun Salutation).. actually that's not really difficult, it's a flow...I would recommend you to try the instructor (last night you met him)'s Ashtanga.

Or you can try a simple yoga - kryoga therapy.

I join the package of paying 24 installments for 60 months. My plan is to go there at least 3 times per week. For all the classes, I'm sure I'll keep on doing the Dance, Ashtanga, and Hot Yoga for now.

I can't this Sat, as I will go to 捉蟲 ... 捉螢火蟲 (joining Daddy's company activities). Such a rainy day, and I already felt bored. (蚊蚊, 你圍定口水肩, 我同Agnes 有嘢請你食)

Rabbit and New,
I'm off tomorrow and I'm planning to join the yoga class after my gel nail tomorrow at 8:30am. May see you two there? Rabbit, I haven't get the socks yet. Well, I guess it's OK for now.

This morning I was expecting to have a day off ... and that's why I didn't go lor.

Yes yes yes, tomorrow I will join the class, and see you there.

That night (Tue) was the night I tried the dance class. Looks fresh?? No lar, it's just I was still 回味 the class when I told my friend.

:-( :-( I'm getting sick again today ... see what I mean, I am really getting old and weak. (easy to catch cold). I'm going to visit a Chinese Dr. today at 4:00pm and will leave early from office today. But, I will go tomorrow.
