Day 12
今日我哋會去Toronga Zoo (之前落雨冇去到).
Toronga Zoo 要坐ferry 去, 可以係Circular Quay 上船, 我哋就係Darling Harbour 上船. 沿途經過Sydney Harbour, about 20 minutes 就到. 上咗岸後再坐cable car 去山頂個入口, 所以未開始行zoo 兩隻馬騮己經好興奮. 個zoo 真係好值得去, 本身佢個位置望出海個view 好靚,成個zoo 都好乾淨,動物嘅種類都算多, 而且係睇到佢地, 我去過好多zoo 都係睇到個吉嘅animal area, D 動物入晒D caves. 可能係今次好彩啦, D 動物出晒來, 連好鐘意hide係cave入面瞓覺嘅wombat今次都俾我地見到, 肥嘟嘟咁攤咗係外面瞓, 好cute. D Koala Bears 又好神奇地好活躍, 又爬高又爬低, 同以前見嗰D淨係食同瞓好吾同.
我哋回程搭船番Darling Harbour , 跟住係shopping center 行吓買D souvenirs. 之後行去China Town 食dinner. 我哋去咗一間叫「別不同」嘅餐館,細細地好似茶餐廳,地方吾靚,但D嘢好好食, 好有鑊氣, very surprised 係外國可以食到咁嘅水準.食飽飽行番酒店, pack up 準備tomorrow 番香港.

Day 13
今日afternoon 機, 所以有半日活動. 我哋朝早Check out後放低行李係hotel, 然後行去Darling Harbour 食早餐, 沿途行經Hyde Park, 雖然冇London Hyde Park or New York Central Park 咁大, 但D trees 都好大好靚, 係一個城市入面有一片咁嘅「綠地」真係好舒服. 我哋去咗Nick’s Café 食breakfast, 同之前去嗰間Nick’s Restaurant 係同一group, D 嘢亦一樣咁好食. 食完後行去city center 嘅department store 幫朋友買嘢, 跟住番hotel, 坐taxi 去airport, 回家了!

Hi TIKTIKMA,

Normally the lower class tickets are fully booked for Xmas. You can ask your agent to see if they can put you on a waiting list. In 2006, I booked my X'mas CX tickets 9 months before to enjoy big discount. In 2005, I tried 3 months before X'mas and all fully booked unless you pay a lot more.

I think the only choice you have now is to pay more for CX or Qantas. Otherwise, you can try Virgin or other airlines such as Singapore or Malaysian Airlines where you need to stop over.

大家的行程計劃成點呀? 我下個月出發, e+淨係完成6-7成咋~ 內陸機原又未買, 酒店又未搵齊, 砌到我成頭煙

要唔該kristymum 畀咁多資料, 尤其是租車格價網, 畀我搵到hertz 最平最抵, 原來打去香港office 可以book 埋澳洲嗰邊, 又畀我摷到hertz 網有 special code, 租車free upgrade / BB seat 任揀一項。最正係個 staff 問我有冇 asia miles, 無端端又畀我多10% discount

I rang up Qantas about 2 to 3 weeks ago, it seemed that they still had lots of seats for the X'mas time. Did you do it through your travel agent?

I have called Quatas a week before, all the packages in
Chrsitmas are full. If I want to book the flights during
Christmas, I have to pay the high season cost which was around HK$2600 and the blockage charges which was HK$1000 per flight. It was very expensive.

At first, I would like to think about the package. But, now, I am thinking of joining tour instead.

由於時間關係, 我只能夠花1日去theme park。 e+ 諗緊去其一:

2. Movie World

我行程途中會去 Coffs Harbour 的 Pet Porpoise Pool (baoma 介紹嗰個), 所以唔知 Sea World 會唔會係類似的嘢? 可唔可以畀意見我

Hi貞貞，

Pet Porpoise Pool 細D,只有marine mammal 睇, 玩半日ok, 但就好精釆. Sea World is bigger, with marine animals, 機動遊戲, cable car like Ocean Park, you can spend 1 day there.

Sea World and Movie World is of very different themes, the choice really depends on what your family like. I also had only 1 day to go to theme park and I chose Sea World simply because my kids are quite young and they would appreciate thw sea animals and kiddie rides in Sea World more, I think Movie world appeals to older kids as it is movie themed and more thrill rides. I went to Movie World a long time ago and I was not very impressed at that time. Of course they might have improved over these years.

我都覺得睇你鍾意邊類型. sea world 似海洋公園, 我果時覺得唔駛咁遠睇類似既野; movie world就似 disneyland, 環球片場, 但遊戲低能d, 地方又細好多, 要有心理準備. 當時我女勁鍾意史力加套戲, movie world係必然選擇.

就係問過其他朋友意見(全部都未去過澳洲

) , 有些朋友都話我知 Sea World 聽落同 Ocean Parks 差不多, 難得去咁遠, 叫我試 Movie World。我就係聽妳之前提去咗 Movie World, 有少少失望, 又怕小朋友太細個(2 & 5 歲)未識玩得晒。不過睇完 Baoma 的形容, 應該都係 SSea World 比較適合d! 謝謝妳哋的意見

我打算晌Gold Coast租車去Sydney, 想問吓Hertz會唔會有extra charges for return car at different location? BUDGET就要收多AUD220, 好貴!!

另外, 我驚唔識路, 想租部有navigation system, 但我上網見好多車款都冇, 如果有係咪貴好多? Many Many Thanks!
