I just had laksa and ice cream for lunch...yummy
Hi, all, this morning, my c6 doesn't help me to fo the housework which I can't do right now. I'm very pissed off and loss temper on him....... doesn't know whether it would affect my B or not...
Also, I'm thinking, my last M is on 30/5 and my embyro right now is only 1 cm... would it be too small??
Cherrychris,
I understand how you feel. Like last night, I felt like washing the toilet and so I told my hubby. he didn't offer help so I just carried on on my own. When i was about to finish, he asked if i needed help. I was pissed by then because i thought, hey, why couldn't you ask sooner? So i rejected his help. After i finished, I felt some pulling sensation at the lower abdomen so i told him. I said it must be all the lifting of water buckets! He kept silence. AFter awhile before he goes to work, he came hug me and warned me not to clean the house anymore
Sometimes, men couldn't understand our concerns during pregnancy and the fear of losing the bb due to some avoidable reasons. In other words, they are insensitive. I thought you should let your hubby know what could possibly be the consequences of doing too much work at this stage and let him know that you don't want him to regret afterwards.
HI all,
I'm going for my first ultrasound today...Very nervous!!! Hopefully we can see a heartbeat. That will settle my unrest mind for a short while The only think I can do now is to trust my baby is doing well...
How are you gals doing and how was your weekend? I was very bored because my hubby have been doing night shifts!!! But he'll come with me to the ultrasound session
hi all,
I had my ultrasound done lar~~~ I saw my little b!!! It's measuring about 1.2cm now. Also, it's flickering and the sonographer said it's the heartbeat!!! Finally...I'm officially 7w1d, and expected due date is 2/3/08. Ar, I did not have tranvaginal scan as CLK-MB, it's through my abdomen.
teacats,
Did you have transvaginal ultrasound? You are about 6 weeks now right? You gotta take care of yourself. Are you lactose intolerant? You can choose lactose-free milk if that's the case...
CLK-MB,
I'm not sure about the next ultrasound, but my hubby said if there is no other concerns, the next one should be 16-18 weeks wor...Ya, very happy!!! It was cute, the heart was beating do fast i couldn't tell it was beating, but my hubby said he saw it...
CLK-MB,
I think the Oscar and amniotic fluid tests will be done by 16-18 weeks. You might wanna call your gynae to confirm though.
I need to see my GP soon and she'll brief me on my options, whether I wanna be attach to a gynae, a midwife or a GP throughout my pregnancy. I'm not sure yet at this stage. However, attaching to a midwife sounds good because she'll be the one who will deliver my baby.
It's strange your gynae did not advise you on that matter! You should call, even though it's not urgent.
CLK-MB,
Oh, I meant it's strange your gynae did not advise you on the next visit. Mine didn't because I saw a sonographer for rhe ultrasound and she only does ultrasound stuffs thus doesn't know much about gynae stuffs.
About the amniotic fluid test, they only do it if they think your bb is tested (via blood test) high risk for Down Syndrome. I heard it's OK if the test is done before 20 weeks.
CLK-MB,
You'll be 9 weeks by then! Will she do another ultrasound? Have you told your family and friends about it? I have the urge of telling them especially my mum and sis, but hubby said we'd better give it another couple weeks!!!
