各位有小朋友上完堂既家長, 請問你地有冇耐唔耐check 下小朋友睇遠野呢? 我會架, 但係就發覺囡囡冇咩信心睇遠野o

其實囡囡現在都叫可以睇到第3行, 如果光線充足既話, 仲睇到第2行既幾個字添

但係如果叫佢睇遠遠地既poster 或車牌, 佢就次次都話太遠或太細, 睇唔到

不過有時如果我堅持要佢睇呢, 佢又睇到喎, 不過都有時要行近d 先睇到, 我都唔知佢係心理問題定真係睇唔到?-( 定係佢習慣左帶眼鏡, 唔帶就冇安全感睇野呢:(

另外, 佢成日話d 野反光, 晚上視力就明顯冇白天咁好.....不過佢既視力就一定好過之前好好多, 已經唔駛帶眼鏡, 睇黑板又冇問題, 手冊都冇抄錯

唔知其實家長可否分享下呢? 係咪除左訓練eye chart之外, 仲要多d 訓練佢地睇實際既景物呢

係咪一直都要做, 做到過咗發育期(因為醫生話呢段期間會深得仲快)就ok.

亦想知有冇科學根據, 呢個方法真係得(我指係有恆心去做嘅)

我囡囡開學之後唔肯練，日日話倦，週末又去了街無練，現在只能看到第4行，但她說上堂看黑板看得到，所以沒有再帶回眼鏡。她也有你囡囡的問題，看遠野如招牌上的細字都是看不到。看來還要繼續勤練，度數未係好穩定。

冇咩信心睇遠野,係咪怕你鬧？
唔好禁着眼佢睇唔睇到(會有壓力架),我平時去街會問下囡囡街上生字,襯呢次機會就問佢d遠d細d生字(仲專問d佢識架字),如果答到,即係睇到啦!
你可以同佢去睇下山上d樹,去海邊睇下海鷗,睇下船,睇下對面海,咪可以睇遠d。

有冇科學根據...講科學好似深奧左...當你知道方法後就明白過中道理

Hi,
I attended the adult course, it covers all the topics in the children course. If your kid's schedule is really tight, you can just attend the adult course and train her using the same method. To share my experience, my son started doing the exercise before he attended the children course, because I bought the book in advance and I attended the adult course. hence, when he attended the children course, he was already 100 deg. (from 200deg), and just to do a few more eye chart exercise, he is now seeing the 3rd last lines, sometimes, the 2nd last lines (perfect vision).

I would suggest you to buy the book from the center and start doing the string exercise with your kid during Xmas holiday, this will help a lot.
The key is NOT to put on extra pressure to your kids, because this is all about relaxing your eye muscle, if she is too tense, the treatment will be less effective.

如果要有科學根據証實左呢個方法真係得先做既, 咁你好多野都唔駛做, e.g. 中醫, acupuncture, aromatherapy ....做research要takes time, 仲要資源和時間, 要好大投資o 我見magic eyes和Leo 真係唔係太有商業味道(我講現在, 第日唔知), 如果投放咁多資源做research, 咁我諗會收好貴好貴先得逞囉

我就會睇成效和可行性多些, 我都係見有人join完話有improvement我先夠膽報咋, 仲要睇佢合個program自己可否follow, 如果跟本follow唔到既, 就唔好o徒錢o徒時間, 當然要睇埋收費喇, $2500貴唔貴真係見仁見智, 不過如果等到有科學根據, 我怕唔止呢個價, 而且到時小朋友唔知都幾多度近視lu

如果大人course包括所有kids既training，咁我在weekend 去2天堂，返來在lunar new year holiday考阿仔，好似好d！因為1月中係考試，現在要佢請2天假實在很難決定？

有無人想join adult course？3人一齊報名有discount！

我好同意christybbmama既講法，我打2次去，一男一女接聽，佢地都好nice，我覺得個方法咁work又唔係貴，d工作人員照正常會好hill至係！而且我大仔每年換眼鏡，每次800左右，即是換3對就無左，都未計間中有意外要換！呢個消息對於我來說，簡直係天大喜訊！

The content is not difficult, since it describes in a practical way, it even tells you at what deg. of myopia, what exercise is suitable for you. It covers all the eye problems (e.g. far sight, near sight, eye co-ordination, astigmatism etc.), of course, eye chart and string exercise are in, they are the basic.
