其實我同意,食好重要,quota 有限,要識揀放乜入口。同埋唔好迷信磅數,信鏡實際D。我自己就係一向高運動量但體脂都keep住24-5%。舊年年底下決心戒哂processed food, 除左同朋友家人食飯會出街食,三餐自己煮新鮮食材,日日食足carb 同protein, 三個月 body fat 落到19%,一磅都無瘦,但我着細左一個碼。
