Hi AngelCat, I will have to check some details with the little gym about the group size. For the time being count you in lah!

pp.kitchen, we cannot extend the playing time in gym, it is fixed 1 hour. But we can extend the party session (cake cutting, photos time, gift exchange etc) and that will be in the party room. Little gym will have 2-4 instructors to lead babies games/exercise in the gym area. I need to check if they have MC for the party session.

mamas, what do u think about the Maxim's cake (see the link from my previous post)or do u have other suggestions?

I checked Maxim's each name plate is $10.

Wah, some new interested mamas! Thanks for the response. I would have to check with the little gym about the group size and the additional cost for each participant after 15. And I will have to further understand whether the little gym is sizable enough.

Originally I target to have 15-16 0901 babies to celebrate their birthday together. Thanks for the great response.

For the time being I have consolidated the list below. I will let you know if need to cut off somewhere as waiting list.

Hi Angine,
Thanks for organizing these.
Hope Owen will be able to join all babies and mommies to celebrate his bday.
It seems that there are 2-3 lists (there are two lists in earlier posts) so far in this thread and Owen is on all the lists on far.
Not sure which one should be the most updated one but I hope Owen is able to join you all afterall.

Hi mamas,

I checked with the little gym, they do have capacity constraint. After discussing with some mamas, we would like to limit the participating babies to not more than 20. For applicants after number 20 they will be on waiting list.
From the list below for mamas number 1 to 20 please make a deposit of HK$50 before Jan 3 (Sunday) 4:00pm in order to secure your seat. If there are mamas from number 1-20 have not made the deposit by the said date and time, their seat will be reopened to the waiting list mamas accordingly.
Please kindly understand my objective is to protect the interest of those mamas who really will join the party. And please understand that the little gym member mama has to pay the rental today so to secure the booking and we should feel thankful to her. Therefore, hope mamas won't mind to pay the HK$50 deposit to show your seriousness

And, each participating family can only have not more than 2 adults to join due to the capacity constraint of the venue.

1-20 mamas I will pm you my bank account info for deposit. Number 21 onwards mamas I will pm you to make deposit on Jan 4 if there are still seats.

And I target to have final confirmation of the participants no later than Jan 6 so to order cake and tailor-made individual babies' name plates.

Again thanks for your kind understanding. Look forward to a wonderful party for our babies!
