婆婆今晚煲到0的粥杰到無晒水,傑傑食左大半個大人碗呀,算好叻0架啦! 希望佢食番多0的野肥番0的啦!

cynthia,係唔駛比bb食0架,落幾多又唔知喎,我見我媽咪買左就放晒落去煲0既,不過唔知佢買幾多.係咪叫工人煲呀,記住要切開個心洗淨0的血水先煲呀.

I haven't try Ian to take rice. My mom said sticky congee is ok as it contains more water ma......I may only try him rice by the time he has the "big" teeth coz he's actually swallow food at present but not able to chew.

Cythina, 我試過煲雞心雞肝粥(街市雞檔買), 仲比埋渣bb食呀.

一煲粥我用雞心2~3個, 响唔同方向切開裡面洗淨血管 (有幾個心房), 如用鴨心一個都夠; 雞肝一個就洗乾淨避開d根用鐵匙刮蓉, 之後放晒落粥裡面煲, bb兩餐食到碗半到.

我都想學煲三文魚豆付粥呀, 有無媽咪可教我呀? 要留意d咩呀? Thx!!

根據書本的指示:
1) 三文魚用熱水灼熟, 揀出白色脂肪部份。(我用三文魚扒起肉,無咁肥但要小心骨;若用三文魚刺身,就要起走d肥肉了)書上無講,但我灼時會加兩片薑,會無咁腥。灼熟後,我會用手整碎d三文魚,因可make sure無骨。
2) 豆腐放入攪拌機攪碎,待用。
3) 當粥煲到差不多時,放入三文魚及豆腐拌勻, 直至熟透即可。
4) 因豆腐味淡,煲粥時用魚湯作湯底會更美味。或者可用南瓜或蕃茄代替豆腐,味道會較濃。

When Adrian was 8 months old, I started giving grinned meat to him.

Cynthia,

When we are having dinner, sometimes I will give a spoonful rice to Adrian. I notice that he won't swallow right away but chew first, then swallow. He likes it very much.

大家早晨....

我囝囝7個多月已經食肉啦. Wendy, 我都有俾少少飯囝囝食, 但係佢唔"趙"架, 可能佢得一隻牙啦.

碎肉機....我覺得最緊要係刀片可以拆出嚟清洗, 我最初買philips mini blender/chopper, 但係刀片不能拆開, 比較難清洗.

Angie已經食好杰嘅粥仔同碎肉, 每餐食得幾乎多過減緊肥嘅我. bb漸大, 我覺得d meat 直接用刀剁碎都ok,唔使再用blender啦!

Hi mums, you are having a wide range of food for congee. Ian has been taking a combination of the followings:
Veg= Choy Sum, Hairground, Broccoli, Spinach, Cabbage, Chinese Long Cabbage, Melon, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Potato, Pumpkin, Peas, Green Beans, French Beans.
Meat= Fish (Wan Yu or Garoupa), Pork, Beef, Chicken.
I normally use 1 kind of meat with 2-3 kinds of veg. Sometimes with an egg york. I have never try him frozen fish and "um chun egg".
