Many many thanks for your support. Now I am very busy on preparing the birthday party. I have found a place. There will be " The Kowloon Club" that is a private club and located at TST New World Centre. Below services they will provide for us.

1. The sales told me that she could reserve three
connecting rooms for us for eating & playing
games
2. The club also reserve one or two private rooms
for baby changing the diaper & breast feeding
mums.
3. There have enough place for placing BB
strolleys.
4. They will help us to design the backdrop &
display simple party decoration.
5. They also allow us to hang the banners and play
background music.
6. They will arrange the stage and microphones.

I will fight with them to provide the MC service. Besides, I believe that there are enough space for babies playing. The club will fax me the floor plan and detail quotation tomorrow.

** The important thing: Each audlt is around
HK$150, Child is around HK$80, Baby is free
of charge.
** Time : 1:00pm to 4:00pm
** I asked the club to hold the rooms for us on 14
August & 21 August. By the way, if you have
not yet to vote, please take action now.
** Please note that as "The Kowloon Club" is a
private club, they have some experience to held
children party and their services & foods are very
good. Therefore, the fee will be more expensive
than before. Please don't mind.

The website link that AJ provided mentioned that their party room is 24000 sq feet and the photos shown the room is very big, I think even double the size of our last 1/2 yr party... I just called their Whampao branch, they said their restaurant can hold 18 tables (the round table in Chinese restaurant for 12 ppl, ie. 18*12 = 216 ppl), I think it is big enough.... ???????? Sorry... maybe I have missed out something.... ????

Could you please advise whampao branch telephone number for me? Let me to double check. Because I checked with Telford branch. The manager told me that maximum 100 people because they have to spare the area for playing the games. If more than 100 people, the room is very crowdy. Therefore, I think there is not suitable for us.

By the way, any other mum have idea? Please advise.

Sorry to put the burden on you, I know being the organizer is a busy job... Please don't think we leave you alone, if you need help or so, please feel free to post the thing here and lots of mums will respond and offer help... If you think there is a need, we could call a committee meeting and discuss the matters together. It is always good to have brainstorm and discussions and voting :> You could list out the tasks that you think you need some mums to help, then ask them mums to register for the tasks, e.g.:
(A). sponsor (need 2-3 mums)

(B) try food/look cafe (need 2-3 mums)
1. <missing>
2. <missing>

(C) programs/games (need 2-3 mums)

I have just pm you the contact info of those mums who will join the 1yr old party. Pls check.

I'd suggest we list out all the cafe choices here (with the name/location/price/etc.) and let the mums to vote or short-list the choices, then, we could pick 2 or 3 with the highest votes and try to ask some mums who are available / nearby to try the food and look look the place.
