Someone gets bonus in billions by just giving advice on Fung Shui and massaging. If Mami cutekiddy finds her maid is good, she can give her huge bonus, say in ten- or even hundred-thousands. I would be happy to see her being so generous and kind-hearted. Apart from giving termination bonus, she can also consider transferring a few thousands to her bank account every month, as suggested by another Mami. I believe the maid and her family will be grateful and will not forget her kindness for the whole life.
As ordinary people, we are afraid of letting others know we are not rich and mean. Some BK Mamis are too true, honest and brave to say you are paying according to rules.
BK is a good place where we are free to give our views and ideas.

i think 做壞 rules but of course you have freedom to pay what amount you wanna pay, provided that it's above the statutory salary.
The high salary doesn't seem as an effective device to keep her performance... as time goes by the maid thinks the $$ is what she should gain. no more drive to a better performance. maybe we have to think very carefully before giving high bounus or salaries to maids. Just like us, employees have to be assessed under appraisals to get the bonus.
the maid should find a rich employer after the end of contract, otherwise she will feel very uncomfortable with the normal salary haha
for those who wants employ local or finished contract maids, they should ask a very impt question before interview... ---> how much your previous employer pay you ? hahaha
