me too. I also have searched long time to find it. for my first maid, I used a simple one, but it is not so useful. for the 2nd maid, i gave her a complicated guidance, which can let her know clearly what can do, what encourage, and what forbitten.
For the guidance, you can add some points based on your own need, say, I add " You are forbitten to chat over cell phone more than 5 mins when you take care of BB yourself outside home, it's very dangerous for BB for your careless". Just for your reference.
Hope it can reduce maid misconduct and is useful for poor HK employer!!
