any mama will consider to apply private hospital or have colleaque change and work in private hospital?
can share the experience?
because, it is very busy working in HA hospital nowadays. lack of manpower and the attitude of patient and their relatives are very bad .Always want the "Stat" treatment.. actually, they will complaint many many things that they don't like.
Recently, i heard that the private hospital the benefit is better than HA. they will give bouns and one more salary than Ha.
if this is true, and HA will not increase the salary in the coming year.Actually, i will consider to apply to private hospital.(It is just my opinion)

I am also nurse in HA. I also experienced and agree what you said. But I don't think the working environment in private hospital is better.
Are U contract or permanent staff in HA? If U are contract staff, U may try to apply private hospital after finish contract. If U are permanent staff, I think U should consider before U make decision.

i think it is hard to say which hospital benefit is better. actually, our hospital's basic salary is same to HA , but we have bonus and double pay now. On the other hand, we are working so hard baecuse it is not enough manpower and always 'full house' in our hospital . the patient is very demanding
actually, they will complaint many many things that they don't like.
