The price for the ducktour is some S$30 per person. It lasts for about an hour and the tour guide will introduce the history of Singapore and some background information about the scenes. Personally, I think it is not very interesting and a bit expensive. You can go to Suntec City to join the tour (departing hourly).
The zoo (both day zoo and the night safari) is very good. My girl is a nature lover and she enjoyed them much. In the day zoo, there is an open area for kangaroo, which will hop beside you (no cage). For the night safari, we walked in two of the walking trails and also took the train. You can see some of the animals quite near on the train.

Any suggestion after that? someone told me the Mangrove tour and the elephant show can skip.

I went to the night mangrove tour. There were many fireflies. I caught a few for putting in my girl's hand. I think it's worth to go given my girl is small and loves animals. It requires the participants to gather at 7:00pm in hotel.
Day 3:
1000 wake up
1100 shuttle bus to Pasor Oleh to buy Souvenir
1200 lunch
1300 leave resort and take 1430 ferry to Singapore
1430 Singapore InterContienal Hotel check in~ Merlion Park -> Esplanade -> Suntec City
1930 Night Safari
2200 dinner at Chomp Chomp Food Centre or No signboard seafood or 巴老x(which one is the best?)
I haven't been to Chomp Chomp Food Centre and Lau Pa Sau. There is one No Signborad Seafood in the mall of Esplanade. The food is good and air condition is provided there. I've tried the chili crab and deer meat. Very delicious.
Day4:
1000 Sentosa Underwater world~dolphin Lagoon~Beach~
1300 lunch at Maxwell food center or River Valley Road
1500 wild wild wet
1930 The red house Dinner
2130 Orchard Road Shopping
Day 5:
1000 China Town
1100 Little India
1200 lunch at Clarke Quary
1300 Show City
1430 arrive in airport
1600 fly back to HK
The schedule looks a bit rush. For the Snow City, there are several sessions every day (each last more than an hour). You better check it before you go.
Bird Park and ride Balloon 值得去嗎?
仔8 歲未坐過balloon.
The best of the Bird Park is the show. If your son doesn't like birds, it may be skipped (my girl loves all kinds of animals, so she likes it much). For the balloon ride, it is an interesting experience to rise to the sky but the scenes are only buildings of the city (just like visiting the 觀光塔 in Macau).
前兩日剛去過長隆野生zoo,未有太大興趣,可以skip左day zoo and night safari 嗎?它們好過長隆嗎?
I've never been to Chang Long but there are no Mainlanders in the zoos. If you haven't been to any night zoo, the night safari would be a good place to visit.

行夜街可到哪? I just went to the malls. They open late. Or you may go to Chinatown or bugis junction (something like our 女人街).
