As we have lots of families sign up 2A or 3A, they may decide to pay for 2A, then, we will have seats released as we currently assumed they will have 3A (pick the large number). Please check this forum from time to time to know the latest arrangement.

Choices of TIME
We could have the party for 2.5 hr, e.g. from 2:30-5pm. YMCA can give the room to us 0.5 hr earlier for us to start decorating, so, the helpers could come at 2pm helping out the decoration.

Choices of DATE
Please vote for Jul2 or Jul9 again!!

Choices of PLACE
We will go for YMCA (LINK) (about $98+10% service charge) as we have 28 votes for it. When you see the floor plan under the LINK, 4/F is all booked by the church, so, we could only have 3/F rooms. If we plan to occupy the whole 3/F rooms, we need to have min. 100 adults+childs. We need to pay 50% of the total as deposit to hold the 3/F rooms for the date that we choose.

Note: price quoted is food only, not included money for games/prizes/decoration/souvenirs yet

Welcome!! You could add your name to the end of the list, and please specify your choice of the date (either Jul 2 or Jul 9) and the number of people joining (A = adult, B = baby, C = child who is 3+ yrs old).

(BTW, I am also planning to gather some babies in my area such that we could gather regularly and be my little one's playmates... unfortunately, I live very far away from you... anyway, we organize gatherings from time to time, e.g. going to Ocean Park, museums, swimming/beach, cycling, etc., feel free to join )

We could have the party for 2.5 hr, e.g. from 2:30-5pm. YMCA can give the room to us 0.5 hr earlier for us to start decorating, so, the helpers could come at 2pm helping out the decoration.

Choices of DATE
Please vote for Jul2 or Jul9 again!!

Choices of PLACE
We will go for YMCA (LINK) (about $98+10% service charge) as we have 28 votes for it. When you see the floor plan under the LINK, 4/F is all booked by the church, so, we could only have 3/F rooms. Choices of TIME
We could have the party for 2.5 hr, e.g. from 2:30-5pm. YMCA can give the room to us 0.5 hr earlier for us to start decorating, so, the helpers could come at 2pm helping out the decoration.

Choices of DATE
Please vote for Jul2 or Jul9 again!!

Choices of PLACE
We will go for YMCA (LINK) (about $98+10% service charge) as we have 28 votes for it. When you see the floor plan under the LINK, 4/F is all booked by the church, so, we could only have 3/F rooms. If we plan to occupy the whole 3/F rooms, we need to have min. 100 adults+childs. We need to pay 50% of the total as deposit to hold the 3/F rooms for the date that we choose.

Note: price quoted is food only, not included money for games/prizes/decoration/souvenirs yet

Note: let's limit no. of people to 100 first. For those register after 100th adult/child, will put into waiting list
