飲了蕃茄薯仔牛 OR 魚湯後多數會好D.

Your Husband won't let you eat ice-cream as it's no good for you & your BB at the time being.

BTW, I want to ask if ice-cream totally forbidden throughtout the 40 weeks' pregnancy period???

我都知我為食, 而我至愛就是 ice-cream , 現在都是要忍口 ~~~~

不過我奶奶話喝得蕃茄湯多, 會濕熱, 個人會容易肚嘔ah~ 所以大家留意下la~~

頭先關窗時,唔小心給電綫K親, 差些"仆"時到, 好彩無跌親,就好大地踏左地下一腳, 跟住坐時到我心都驚驚地, 下面又好似留緊出來, 立刻去廁所望下, 好似無野,但都嚇親自己. 大家都要小心ah~

hi Gege,

妳好！我咁耐以黎嘔過兩次，忍到我會盡量忍，因為我驚嘔開會成日嘔呀....

初頭我有urge氣，因為d Progesterone會slow down digestive system, 會消化不良，胃脹和便秘，自從我week 6-7覺得個胃真係好頂好脹，除左照舊每朝空肚飲檸檬水，然後食一個橙先食早餐。空肚飲檸檬水好重要，放心，稀釋過的檸檬水pH一定比胃酸高好多，否則已列為危險食品，半個檸檬加一杯暖水對胃係絕無問題的，早上於早餐前飲用更有催促排便的作用，排腎毒亦可美白。有兩日屋企冇檸檬，我已經去唔到廁所了。

係呀，我都無胃口，唯有小食多餐啦。同埋，呢期我對蕃茄真係情有獨鍾。

i lost 1 lb ar so far... how about u and other mummy?

i don't think ice-cream is strictly forbidden, but avoid sweet is important. and better cut out fatty foods such as fat and crackling on pork, fried bacon and cream sauces.

also, i asked 3 doctors before about cold water, and they all said no problem at all. one even said she can't lived without cold water to cool down herself when she was in pregnancy.... what a surprise!

i am now reading 'the pregnancy question & answer bible' from DK, and a suggested menu for pregnancy of a evening desert is "fruit pie and 2 scoops of ice-cream", let me scan it and show u all tomorrow!!!...... what a treats!

I also agree w/ u that hot lemon water, tomato soup and some sour dish do work...

BTW, do u know when we'll stop this kind of ill-feeling??? (After 3 months' pregnancy???)

Hi.! What is DK that u refer to (I mean the Q&A bible for pregnancy)???

As for Ice-cream, I only learnt from press that it contains some 菌which may lead to miscarriage... this also applies to yoghurt...

Although I like yoghurt so much, I'll have it only after my 3 onths' pregnancy!

Hi!

I want to ask if you think that it's OK to add some honey in the hot lemon water??? (Cos I sometimes find it too sour!!!)

Why I doubt it??? Cos my husband said that honey is usually use to 清熱 & 清熱 's food is no good for Pregnant women. Besides, honey 會潤腸,驚瀉了BB. Is it true???

hmmm..

a couple weeks back i had a yoghurt and then threw up real bad. i only thought it was a change in appetite then. maybe it was the virus?
