My friend had a case that brought to the court. The lawyer asked if the maid was so mad, why don't you fire her or give her warnng letters if she behaved so bad.
What is the point to hire maid! Beside doing housework is to take care of kids while we go to work. If we give warning letters to the maids, who knows what will be happened when we are not home.
Also, it takes time to hire a new maid. I can't fire her and find one right a way.
My maid realized that I am hiring a new one. Then, now she takes action first and sued me.
In fact, she made me very stressful!!!!! Nothing is more important than my family!!!! She hurts my family so much but we still have to spend $$$ and afford to prove! What kind of logics! I am really sick of it!
