回覆：銀行工，好做嗎？

睇唒啲post，我諗我算好彩，我做back office，除左月尾好忙，平時都可以6-7收到工，ot又照claim,福利又算好。註：我係低級職員，因之前做了多年ftm，結婚前後都係做bank,之前都跟個衰阿頭，返工慘過坐監，現在跟左過正常的，好好多。現在個post又比較奇，我係跟ops，但坐係sales果到幫手，所以冇王管，個sales manager都不敢話我。工作係忙，但自在，至於人事方面，咩行業都有麻煩人，睇自己點handle。分行我以前做過，老實講現在啲容顛㗎，要有返咁上下心理質素，才好去做，唔係人人頂得順，所以樓主要認真考慮。

Private bank rm要自己帶客入bank,同常係富二代、做左好耐銀行儲左班客或本身好有network的人。現在冇幾年前咁多花紅，但要一個月搵十萬八萬唔難。

HSBC rm basic salary range from around 30k to 60k, if can meet target or outperform, they can have monthly bonus. However, there are hundreds of rm in a bank and their total income can vary a lot.

They always change. The purpose is to increase ur target but try to lower the bonus. I can only say the stress and working hour is very very large and long for HSBC premier rm nowadays. But if you can endure it, pay is still generous and some people target for private bank rm or management post. If you target for private bank rm, you must go to large branch like tst, central etc to accumulate biggest client. However, even private bank rm are not easy to do now. If you only look for money, can try HSBC and work very hard in any branch.

I also worked at marketing long long time ago. Since the pay was too low, I changed to bank after one year of marketing and have been working until now ....pay and living standard are much better, but the road is uneasy . And very sad that I never enjoy my job after change to bank....but its very difficult to go back or change field as you already get used to the high pay. So...please think clearly before you change field.

Don\'t know yet, just completed a phone interview and the hr keep asking my expected salary but I really have no clue.

So many ppl say RM is harsh and stressful, what about commercial RM? Any chance to join if I hv zero background in commercial field?
