I don't recommend the herbal tea from your mum. Some herbs in the tea may harm you BB which is undefined? You can try cranberry juice as stated the above. As for the hot air or 'Sup Hay', I find having more fruits can certainly help, like Pamelo, dragon fruit, apples and papaya. These fruits have loads of water soluble fibre which regulates/ increase the metabolism in order to release the waste the soonest.
