I think that is your skin is sensitive to the tag. but your scratches make it worse. at last they are infected by finger's bacteria. so remember to cut the tag when you are ready to wear a new clothes la.
My skin is sensitive too. so after I buy a new clothes, the first thing to do is cut the tag.

Where did you buy the Cetaphil or Lubriderm? On the lotion shelf in the pharmacy?

for the e貓小蒙恬, i guess either it's not sensitive enough or my handwriting is not nice, and that's why sometimes it can't recognize my handwritings.

oh, Gabriel is using the Protopic?! did yr pedi tell u that it's NON-Steriod medication? it's in the same category as Elidel. i heard that they're very good for treating eczema, but i still dare not to apply it on sean due to the possibility of causing cancer (FDA warning posted more than 2 yrs ago). also, Elidel is supposed for at least 2 yrs old, so i assume it's the same for Protopic.
also, for the Elidel, i heard that u'll need to apply it consistently for at least months to see the improvement. i don't wanna take the chance.

also, i always thought the OTC medicaitons are generally milder than the prescription ones in US. is it true? of course, u'll need to ask for the doctor's advise and the right dosage before taking it.

The one Gabriel is using for eczema is Protopic (tacrolimus), I don't use any over counter medication on Amanda and Gabriel. As their peds've never suggested that..

Cetaphil and Lubriderm are creams or lotions for sensitive skin. I use Cetaphil Moisturing Cream which is fragrance fee and non-comedognic. The can is a plastic one with green label. For Lubriderm, choose Sensitive Skin Therapy Moisturing Lotion for sensitive dry skin which is lanolin free, dye free and fragrance free. The jar comes with a pump, white in color with blue characters. You can buy them in Walgreens, Rite Aid or Costco. Usually, it is the cheapest in Costco. It's not just for eczema but for all sensitive dry skin. So, I use it for my 2 babies and myself too.

I just got back from my 1 week Southern CA vacation. I went to universal studio, shopping outlet, Santa Monica, Sunset Blvd, Natural History Museum etc. I already been to most of those places so there was nothing special... though I think the shopping was great there. Cheaper than in the bay area. :D

I don't have any plan for Thanksgiving. Probably will cook a turkey this year as my mom is here. Christmas has no plan. I am thinking to stay home and maybe bring baby to the "Christmas in the Park" (in San Jose) to see the christmas light etc.

i believe IQ is something that u're born with and more related to the gene. however, nursing might help boosting up the IQ a little coz it naturally contains DHA. on the other hand, nursing is better from the healthy stand of point.

i know some very smart people who were not breastfed when they were babies.

Don't be upset. I did try to answer but BK delete my words several times

so.. just get sick of trying. Thanksgiving? Christmas? No choice but to go to my 99's home for dinner. Every year, she will say it's my turn to cook next time. Well, I don't think so, how can I cook such a big feast when I have 2 small kids. Last year, I plan to have a christmas tree at home this year but I think that I need to hold it because (1) no space (2) no more than 1 minute, it will be destroyed by my son (3) no time to fix it. How about you?

bf-ing has lots of benefits for both mom and the baby.. (esp lazy mom like me don't wanna always do the bottle washing and sterilizing

)regarding the iq thingy.. i am not really sure... ryan is still taking my milk and he'll be 3 next 2 months.. i dont really see him being very smart lol.. but seriously, kids bout his age really learn things so fast anyway.. I think kids nowaday are way smarter compare w our generation.. we were just *yat gau faan* back then lol..

sorry if i made you feel that way. i couldn't response to all moms' messages since i couldn't come to BK often w 2 kids. to me, everyone here on bk are very nice.. just that maybe many of us are bz either w kids or work, so pls don't feel that way.
we're planning to go to the christmas village and rockerfeller center this christmas w my boys... for thanksgiving, same old thing, going to my inlaw's house for dinner w my hubby's grandparents... nothing really special.. hv to see if my hubby can get a day off the day after thanksgiving to do some shopping

my husband and i went to christmas village when we "park tall" few yrs ago...we also passed by roadside america (http://www.roadsideamericainc.com/)--the "small people country"....so 1 day for 2 places is worth it for driving...i suggest you all go with the kids...
i remember when we went there, we were so boring, coz these two places are for most likely for the kids.....i will ask if my husband wants to go with kids this year, if not, maybe next year
