勞工處話佢entitle 7 days annual leaves after finish contract she will entitle another 7 days but she only can work in new employer after 21 号..During the holidays, she is not allow to work for new employer since she is under my employment period..
Then I talked to her, if she want to start new employment in early of Jan then you need to resign...
佢現家話個個姊妹都可以扣假早走,but我又唔比..

Your maid can process the contract with the new employer 28 days before she finished the contract. For example: If your maid finish contract on Jan 21, you can give her a release letter on Dec 25 and stated that when will she finish contract and when will she leave your place after deducted the annual leave. Then she can process the new contract with this release letter and her visa will approve the date after her contract finished.
