The gestational week count is just a rough estimate. Often we take the ET day as somewhere ~2.5 weeks and therefore, the day of the "official" bingo check is ~4-4.5 weeks. In detecting a gestational sac, the earliest a powerful ultrasound machine can pick it up is ~5-6 weeks.
I assume you will see your doctor tomorrow for your bingo check?! Honestly, I stay cautiously optimistic for you, although I still feel a knot in my stomach. If I interpret your previous messages correctly, you had your last hcg shot on Sat. (Jun 18)? I really hope you can get a blood test of hcg level tomorrow.
Best of luck and hope to hear true good news from you soon.

Thanks for your info. So far so good. I will be checking the gestational sac in two weeks' time. Thx

Both utrogestan and 塞藥 are progesterone preparation, supporting your endometrium. 安胎針 is HCG. As luteal phase support (i.e. supporting the endometrium) after a fresh embryo transfer procedure, either progesterone or HCG is needed, not both. For frozen embryo transfer utilizing a natural menstrual cycle, none is needed. Any extra medication prescribed outside of what you physiologically need only offers a peace of mind. If you want to understand the biological details, please refer to postings #998, #1002, #1050, and #1083 within this thread.
As for body temperature, I don't understand why you are tracking your own. Basal body temperature is minimally useful in tracking ovulation. You are way passed and beyond ovulation time, simply save your effort and relax!
I used clearblue digital to check on 14/6/2011(14days after Fet,but my blood test result was 88 only), it said "1-2 weeks". Yesterday i used clearblue digital again and it said '"2-3 weeks'. is it a gd progess for my pregnancy? because i still feel nothing.....and my hgc level is too low b4.....
Clearblue doesn't help; what you need is a blood test and an ultrasound, which can't be done much earlier than your doctor's appointment on 5/7/11. Ultrasound is needed to either find the gestational sac or rule out ectopic pregnancy if your blood level of HCG is higher than last time.
At least miss M hasn't returned; did your doctor give you any medication after your bingo index of 88(I believe you did natural-cycle FET)? Just wait ~10 more days, be patience.
it's me again. today is the 17th day of my FET, i.e. the official check bingo day. clearblue said not bingo this morning.
i has used my natural cycle to have this FET, i.e. no hormones has been taken before the FET. I had 3 HCG shots after FET though. I used to have 28-day cycle, but it's now my day-33. Not bingo, but no M. What should I do?

Just wait a few days and M should come soon :(

i'm ok with the result. i understand well not every ET will give positive result. i just want to have a more definite answer. If M comes, I know for sure this round of treatment has come to an end. but M does not come. I don't know what it means.
Some sisters are so nice to pacify me that it may take me a few more days to get the result from a home pregnancy test. of course, this advice gave me some hope but i know the chance is not high. it's real relieving to hear your affirmative answer
Really want to thank for your kindness and encouragement. I have reached another milestone. Today I am 12 weeks and passed the Down's screening. Hope from now on, my journey can be smooth la!

It depends, and could be both. If I am not mistaken, are you a poor responder (only have 1 egg retrieved)? How's your hubby's sperm like --> density, motility, morphology?
Do you remember me? The one who was given up by her IVF doctor in April
Finally I didnt follow the instruction of the dr to take the supplement and go back for check up after 2 months time. Instead, I have visited another dr in mid May, taken another IVF cycle right away and have 2 embryos transferred on 29 June and another 3 frozen.
Though the result is yet to know, I feel so delighted and thankful to what has happened till now. If you can recall my history, I have never had spare embryos for freezing storage in my past IVF cycles. More eggs have been extracted and more embryos have been developed this time. The embryos are in better quality as compared to those in the past. I am not sure what made the difference as I have just taken more or less the same medication. Maybe it's the judgement of the dr on the time and dose of applying the medicine?
One thing that makes my worry - I now have a very very big belly. I am like a woman in 4/5 month prenancy. This happened 4 days after the embryo transfer and the first shot of Ovidrel. I have taken another shot on the 4th day (i.e. 2 Jul) and my belly keeps blowing till now. My dr asked me to drop the last shot which is supposed to be taken tonight. I am suggested to take the food in high protein to alleviate the situation. So, what is happening to me? I am a bit worried about it. What is Ovidrel for? Is it ok to drop the last shot (I am supposed to take total 3 shots after embryo transfer).
Well done! More eggs theoretically should lead to more embryos, perhaps this time your new doctor used higher dosage of drug stimulation knowing your previous IVF cycles.
I am sorry that I should have replied earlier. Your message was nearly a whole day ago and I worry that you may have OHSS. I hope you have already at least called up your doctor/clinic and arranged a visit to get a proper check. Meanwhile, you can absolutely forget about the last shot of Ovidrel. I believe you have Endometrin or Crinone vaginally daily, which is good enough to support the womb for embryo implantation.
Let me know you are ok (your "big belly" syndrome") if you surf BK. Thx!

I am feeling a bit better today - my big belly is still there but now 冇咁實同marn marn緊. I called up the clinic again today. The nurse said many jms have the same syndrome which usually will last for a couple of week. Maybe I am getting a bit better today, she said I don't need to see the dr and just keep taking the high protein food.
So if I really have OHSS, does it affect the embroy implantation?
Also, it seems that a minor but prolonged stomache has come along with the big belly syndrome, would you think they are something related or just a coincidence?
I believe your doctor is a private doctor with his office located totally away from a hospital, is that correct?
In any case, keep an eye on your distended belly to make sure it doesn't go more distended. You can tell by wearing your regular jeans/trousers because the more distended you are, the more difficult or impossible to fit into those jeans/trousers.
OHSS won't affect embryo implantation; instead, if an embryo has implanted, your OHSS may worsen and affect your health. That's why I asked you to call up your clinic to see if you will need a personal visit, just to play on the safe side.
Not too sure about the stomachache you mentioned. It could be a little psychological because you are paying much more attention to your lower body at this time :) Also, remember that your ovaries were punctured to get the eggs, so they were little wounds still healing inside. Yet other jm's may experience constipation perhaps because they have been anxious the whole process. Just be careful with your diet (simply, do not over-eat or under-eat, try to stay on healthy and/or home-cooked food). Some jm's develop diarrhea also, which makes them worry as well. Neither constipation nor diarrhea should affect implantation. Sometimes, you may think the little ones are fragile; I must say they are, and yet they are not as fragile as you think.
Stay well and good luck. I look forward to good news from you.

Hi , cutecutetown
I will take IVF again this cycle
After 5x450 IU injection(5 days)
My doctor tell me today that I only have 3-4 eggs can be taken to develop, 2 of them are 17mm,one of them is 12mm the last one is 8mm (marginal)
I have a blood test in the 3rd day of period have result :
FSH : 7.29 LH. :4.83
Would you like to tell me my chance this time at this moment ?
Am I have too little eggs to support this operation ?
Thanks for your professional opinion
I can't really tell anything as it is still a little early to comment. However, I did look back at your past postings here. Given your background, even though follicle number may be fewer than you like to have, you should proceed as long as these follicles/eggs continue to grow in size and at a good pace. Your doctor will advise along the way when you get your next few blood tests and perhaps 2-3 more ultrasound scan.
Hope to hear your update soon, take it easy.
