i calm down my bad temper by breathing four times since last week i did not practise yoga, but this morning............ failed..........:-(
i lived in North Point and tonight i will go to hunghom, now i am considering to the professor's therapy or Bikram hot yoga, i really need relax, too much pressure from last week

when i was sick a week ago, no energy to go out but i still wanted to SMELL the feeling of yoga.
i turned off lig, candles on, made some lavender aroma, chose a yoga music CD, lied down on the mat, do some simple yoga posture & paid attention on breathing. that's good for my mind & feeling. u can try.
Practising yoga is helpful for our mind & body. but take care my dear, don't make it be superstition. and don't count on it too much. Yoga is kinda living philosophy, try to learn from it but don't rely on it, right? make it be a part of our lives naturally lor.!
