海龍, 海馬(選黑色非白色), 海雀及川貝

做法:
以上東西每样買一両, 分三次(即三天)煲, 加一片薑, 加果皮(凍水落), 加瘦肉煲约兩个鈡(四人份量), 可加一點蜜棗.
註:
早上煲, 每天喝兩至三歺, 連續飲三天; 因為这个只是湯水而不是中藥, 所以一家大細都可以飲.

Know you employ a new maid, hope she is good & helpful la!

I still suffer by my crazy maid & our relationship turns really bad. I will not talk to her & of course she do the same thing to me + blackface! She just says "Good morning" to my hubby & Hei Hei only. Anyway, I will 忍忍忍!
