大家有沒有興趣運動一下啊?
我預約了港鐵荃灣會所的K房(10am~4pm) 和羽毛球 (1~2pm) 人數多的話可以打麻將小朋友也有其他小遊戲可以玩

28/2 我女兒長週, 要上學。還沒決定去不去, 如果去的話, 只有一放學接走她就直接過去。再說好了!

Anyone interested in omega 3 supplements? I am thinking to group order this supplement from US, it is recommend by other BK members, and honestly, myself never try before.

claims similar to kids smart, like soft cheese in orange (or chocolate / lime) flavour instead of fish oil in capsules type.

around $200 (or USD25) per box (90 sachets) only 1 sachet per daily consumption. seems cheaper than kids smart ($188 / 28 sachets).

since US delivery charge to HK is US15, this will be sharing amongst who make the order.

pls let me know if anyone want to try.

and, this is only suitable for age 4 and above.

Air Asia 單程香港-> KL 機票 HK$180, 她買了 return tickets 每張 HK$700, 抵到爛!!
KL 內陸機很多也只是 RM$1 (return + admin chg = RM$62)。

剛剛買了 air asia 暑假香港飛 KL, 每張 ticket HK$391. 我決定先去一趟雲頂再搭 bus 回 JB, 再搭單程 JetStar 回來。抵~抵~抵~

Hi all malaysian moms,

I need your help here. I am from east malaysia and don't know well about west malaysia.

My daughter and I will be travelling to West Malayisa with my parents on 4 April for two weeks by driving a car. I would appreciate if you can introduce me famous/deliceous food and "makan" place in your hometown and also places of interests for sight seeing. If possible, please give me the exact address as we will be traveling with a GPRS.

If you happened to know any good websites that can provide the above details, it will be great too.

hi, how many people going to visit Malaysia with u? Where did u rent a car? how much?
I suggest you can join a local tour in KL, maybe can save money and time for driving a car by yourselves.

大部分人首選的答案是日本，第二，馬來西亞，第三，香港，第四，上海。不過，日本女孩其實是最差的選擇，港男喜歡日本妹，可能是因為他們在青年期，不斷受到日本AV女郎四仔(色情光碟)的荼毒，以為他們每位也擁有魔鬼身材，天使面孔，溫柔可愛，但糖衣背後，她們婚後會奉行「一家兩制」，「共產」你的財富！當日本男士貢獻薪水後，香港學生的零用錢可能比他們多，慘不忍睹。大家都有一個錯覺，以為日本男人能夠天天外出喝酒應酬，實在是一個福份，但在日本傳統裏，女人不希望男人這麼早歸家，這樣不單顯得他在職場上沒有作為，而且丈夫太早歸家，她們便要做許多家務。
至於馬來西亞，其實應該是最好的選擇，當中華人佔了大多數的比例，大多都是福建或潮州人，大多數都捱得又慳家。他們的家庭傳統教養重男輕女，
所以當地的女孩子較為內斂，即使受到西方文化的影響，在相對的情形之下，她們也是比較賢淑。
而上海女人，實質上可能是「中國小霸王」。由於她們較為剛烈、直性情、懂得耍手段及主控性的能力強，所以丈夫只有當老婆奴的份兒。當中有一小部分，在你們結了婚，她拿了香港身份證後，便作出一連串「要錢不要人」的部署，然後把你踢出門口，落閘放狗，保證你到最後會一無所有！

反觀香港女性，其實她們是「鱷魚頭，老襯底」，表面強悍，但其實內裏賢淑，你可以留意她們的一個共通點，就是十分顧家，不論在經濟或時間上，也是以家人為先。如果港男能夠以真誠、坦白，不造作的態度，並獻上你的真愛，我相信港女並不是你們想像中那麼貪慕虛榮，而且很「可愛」。
