If you were too thin in the past, 8kg doesn't seem a lot jeh!

U can use skimmed milk, it is only 0.x%fat or 1% fat milk from Sainsbury's.
Try green tea, it is very healthy, it can speed up cell regeneration and slow down the oxidation process. One more important advantage - green tea extract is one of the best calorie burning products!!!

So u may have a surprise after drinking green tea.

yes, i want to bring a small can to HK, and I bought some hipp organic sachet too, the sachet are for on the plane and while we are staying in a hotel . i don't want to buy too many hipp organic because Irene said SMA tastes better

I do remember they did sachet when Kiyomi was a baby. I haven't looked at the formula in the supermarket for ages la, so I am not quite sure.

As Irene is not a baby anymore whose main food is not formula milk, u don't need to worry about the formula milk la. If she eats well, maybe not drinking formula milk for the trip lor. She can try fresh milk (oops can't trust the fresh milk in HK!) or try some other formula in HK which I am sure HK has a lot of different brands from overseas.

What do you think?

What do you do when Howie is in the playgroup? U don't need to stay with him, do you?

Our x'mas tree has thrown away when we moved house last year!

So no decoration la!

My c6 said if I want some decoration, I can put up the x'mas lights wor?! So does he mean I put on the lights myself???!!!!!

Why quiet yesterday ar, was all the mummies busy with x'mas

If I went to Woolworths I want to get some Wii games ar, hubby says see if any DVD cheap as well, save him from dl

and to see sweets/biscuits cheap so we can give as gift when we go back to HK wor
