actually i also prefer weekday morning or afternoon, but they only offer evening class. I can still do, but have to ask my hubby or 99 to be home to look after my son.
looking at the May schedule, so far i would like the following two classes, becos of the content, not the time :

not sure if you must enroll into the swiss roll class in order to add the HK$30彩繪roll ?in fact i want to learn how to roll the cake!! always fail! and 彩繪 would be bonus although i guess i won't be able to do it well.
Amy, Kitty, Yvonne, please advise your preference!
