報告報告，Larry尋晚食11pm 6am，中間有郁下young下腳，但拍兩下又

番，到6am先開始細聲叫同開一開眼，好大機會真係唔食夜奶

大個仔喇，5個月喇，要體諒媽媽

11pm 同 6am 我都邊餵邊泵，分別有4安同7安半(

)，算好好好成績，加上而家食少一餐，今日lunch hour只要泵清就掂，完全無壓力要泵幾多，心情大好

【從胎兒開始的育兒法】記錄其中一位媽媽的手記：

以我為例子具體而言，就是完全拒絕動物性的東西，而以五榖及蔬菜為主食，在調味料方面也不使用油脂，拒絕砂糖、味精及酒。雖然一開始是半信半疑，但是對於當時深受乳腺炎之苦的我來說，在藥物與手術皆無法治療的情形之下，這個方法也有相當大的魅力。尤其當自己真的非常痛苦的時候，即使是一點點的希望，我也會加油的。所以，非常愛吃的我，為了「治病」，便改變了飲食習慣，沒想到原本一天會拉約十次便的嬰兒，竟減少為二至三次，而我本身的身體狀況也變好了。因此，我就從「半信」的程度，提升為「2/3相信」的程度。之後更隨著我的乳腺炎痊癒，再加上用母乳育兒的狀況非常順利，孩子不會隨便哭泣，總是以炯炯有神的目光看著我，而且還會不時發出微笑，濕疹的狀況也變好，也不會隨便拉肚子，這時的我，巳經達了「全信」的階段。這才真正發覺到，以前我吃東西完全都不考慮(我咪係o羅!

)，並從我自己的孩子身上所看到的變化，以及我本身乳腺炎的痊癒，我才知道以前的飲食習慣全都是不對的。

好想有份清閒工, 但總是牛命一條, 份份工都多嘢做.

多謝分享, 不過唔食肉會少蛋白質, 而且我相信balance diet多點, 如果我唔食肉會有可能瘦到變人乾.

I read the metro newspaper this morning when I go to work. A recent research from experts does not recommed using spoon to feed baby. If you have time, can you help to study this topic. I believe all mothers use spoon to feed rice cereal to babies.
