I think you should not 節食 at the moment. My mum said that we can still "bo" (recuperate) until bb is six months, and since you want to have another bb not too far off, maybe it is not a good idea to go on a crush diet - you should look after yourself lah!

I planned to feed my baby at least to 1 year old. I believe the life will be much easily after 6 months as they start eating other food (e.g. 米餬). Maybe we can just give him breastmilk twice (in the morning and before sleep). If it is OK, I will skip the pumping during lunch hour. But I will not quit breastfeeding.

Understand that you are very tired as I have similiar situation with you. But I am a bit better than you as my husband is responsible to send my baby to nursery and he will usually come home before 9:00pm that he can help me to take care the baby. Don't totally give up breastfeeding as it is really good to the baby. If you feel tired, you can occasionally give her formula.
